Benelli M4 -- Mesa Tactical Truckee 15" Rail Review
Anon4755 replied to StrangerDanger's topic in Benelli
I ordered that same choke, yours looks like IC with the orange tip? My only concern would be with the orange tip is if someone thought it to be an airsoft gun. Silly theory i know, but where i live people are not that smart. But i ordered IC as well. I wonder if i can get it re colored with cerakote? -
I love the M1 Garand, but my shoulder does not. A good trick i learned is a bar of soap between the butt stock and your shoulder.

Very very good to hear! Thank you!
-
Gotcha! Well thank you for the info nonetheless. Ill still keep my order in for the carrier comp titanium one.
-
So who do you recommend for tubes then?
-
Sounds like a mooch point between the two, then. Thank you.
-
So who makes the best steel tube then?
-
In regards to your comment on titanium and cf tubes. I was under the impression carrier comp titanium tubes are the go to? Or is steel better durability wise?
-
I mean. I hike with my benelli m4 and the weight never bothered me.
-
I am just curious what the purpose is of reducing weight. To me, more weight helps with recoil.

Alright thank you. The foam ear plugs are always just too large for my ears no matter how much i squish them roll them etc they just don't go in my ear. I end up actually hurting my ears trying to use foam ear plugs... Unless they make smaller ones?
-
Not a terrible option. Do you know of any really slim electronic ear pro? Or any foam ear plugs you can recommend that arent irritating that i can try?
-
Been using the walkers razor slim ear pro, but getting a good cheek weld pushes the ear pro off my ear then follows with a ringing. Anyone have any good recommendations for other ear pro where i can maintain a good cheek weld? I hate the foam ear plugs, they always hurt my ears, and build up an annoying pressure in my ears that leads to migraines really quickly.
-
How is the cheekweld when using the rmr with the scalarworks mount
-
How durable is the sro with these? Is it rmr durability levels?
-
You say its a waste of money. I say its a great choice because now he can add anything from foregrips to light mounts to qd sling mounts and with that 13" foregrip, the light now can be properly mounted towards the front of the barrel. Function > appearance. I didnt know this was a fashion forum, i think you are in the wrong place if you are looking for fashion with your firearms?
-
Im debating if i want the 8" or 13" version.
-
That actually looks beautiful. And i like the idea of the ease to field strip it still. How does the handguard feel to the hand compared to oem handguard?
-
Please do! How easy is it to field strip with the briley handguard? Thank you
-
Oh? How come
-
Just curious what the best handguard with m lok is for the benelli m4 that allows easy field stripping like the oem handguards.
-
Beautiful. Thank you.

Havent set mine up but thinking about the iwc mount with the pic rail so i can mount the light on the right and use a pressure pad on the left so the light never gets blocked by cover or walls etc and can continuously blind my target. Will do pics when its set up in the future.
