FIB
I just picked up an older SBE (1999) that was missing the original magazine limiting plug (you know the one made out of metal with a flat disk on top and a dowel looking piece of aluminum). I noticed that Benelli evidently isn't making these anymore. Does the plastic model that Benelli now makes work well with an older SBE or should I just order a replacment from Brownell's? tucker301
Anything, including a wooden dowel cut to length will work. A dowel will need to be inserted inside the magazine tube, below the rataining cap. You can get the original type on ebay for about $15 or Numrich for $22. cody6.0
I have one that is doing nothing but taking up space if you want it it's yours for shipping alone.
FIB
Thanks Cody for the generous offer. Unfortunately for me I already ordered one from Brownells. Thanks again...Randy
