Clark27 Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 I'm having trouble getting through to Customer Service. The phone is answered and I go through the menu, but then it goes downhill. I've called from different phones and waited several minutes each time. Once I was able to leave a message (not returned) but other times is just cuts me off or has a message that says call back. Any tricks to getting through?? Quote
tucker301 Posted December 31, 2008 Posted December 31, 2008 Several minutes is a nanosecond to Benelli CS. Expect to be on hold for up to a half hour before getting through. Speakerphones are best. Quote
onehorse Posted January 1, 2009 Posted January 1, 2009 It may be a hit-or-miss kind of thing. After trying unsuccessfully for three days, I was able to call twice in one day (this morning) and get a service representative both times. Don't give up. Quote
