The best way I have seen this handled and deterred has been to add a report button for COC violations that get emailed to the MODS. They can then either determine a COC violation or give spam the banhammer, I have seen Forums get shut down when this gets out of hand, IMO this is why HK USA forums were down for so long as they became infiltrated with it and no mods handled it. Mods, can we work on adding a report button, and BAN the username and especially the IP address!!!! This si BS, this is the new wave of cyber attack and spamming, this is a private forum for public use with a COC, lets weed out the trolls and the spam Quote
