texas skeeter Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 I just received the mounts for the ACOG and it is now on rock solid. I have not tried it yet but I like how the AR mount raises it up. I get a more comfortable cheek weld. The 2x is perfect, no problem with eye relief, focusing and a great sight picture. I am glad I did not go with any higher magnification. I also like the cross hairs too. Yes, they are, and noisy too. But a lot of fun for close up blasting! I bet our boys in Taliban land would love some M1a's - would do a lot of good by putting a lot of towel head dicks in the dirt! this by far is the best looking/sickest socom ive seen yet. now i want this one!!! or at least one like it!!! As soon as they finish destroying our healthcare, take care of all the illegals - it is next up on thier agenda. Stack the ammo high and deep. Locally, I have seen ammo availability increase and some price actually come down slightly. Used to be Georgia Arms was sold out in 30 minutes at the gun shows earlier this year. Last show there was no line even. Quote
