Which Benelli Shotgun Does This Mag Extension Go With?

I was going through some of my old gun stuff boxes and found a new Benelli Magazine Extension. I am almost postive it is not for a M 3, but am not sure which shotgun it really goes to.

Hi everybody, I just bought a used M2 tactical not too long ago and my M2's extension tube looks like the one in Nobeginner's pictures, so my question is who manufactured this ex. tube? Thanks in advance.

The tube in my picture is a factory Benelli part. The reason I am not sure which Benelli tactical model it came off of is because I have a number of new Benelli parts....and did not label them as to what model shotty they belong to.

When it comes to the tubes themselves they all interchange and the M1 & M2 share the same dimensions when it comes to the barrel nut also. However most M2's use a nut with the sling plate versus the M1 which usually doesn't, even then they are still interchangeable also.

If you have the spring and barrel clamp used ones usually fetch $70-80.
