energizer Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 I Got a deer yesterday and would like to make sausage out of the hamburger. I bought a new grinder and it came with a sausage tuber. I lost the old hand crank blade so i bought an electric. I have no smoker but if you have some recipies i would like to give them a try. Thanks Quote

You will know it's me because i look like i have not missed many meals in the last several years! I have made sausage with elk and we just cut it with pork fat and added garlic, basil and hot chili flakes and it turned out OK! Quote
