Cleric, that's a Likarich fighter. Steve Likarich designs knives used by Navy SEALS and other U.S. HIGH SPEED LOW DRAG units.

 

It's 11 5/16" overall with a hand rubbed full tang 6 5/16" ATS34 blade. The top edge is sharpened. It has black linen micarta handles and an integral double guard.
