crofton Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 Following the insertion of the USA M4 Hammer and when pushing on the "Trigger Pin Bushing", felt a little tension. Therefore I jiggled the hammer and applied pressure. With the applied pressure, the pin popped in. Felt great, then noticed one side was a pancake. There is no way the pressure I applied with my thumb could have caused that (at least my personal opinion) Pancake side http:// Good side: http:// Oh well part on order from Brownells. Quote

It's hard to tell from the photo, but the damaged end is the side that the snap ring installs on right? Before you just order this one item. Consider what you need from Brownells so you can maximize on the shipping costs. Quote

Since I only pulled the pin just enough to install the new hammer, I have no idea when it occurred and yes it is the side that the snap ring installs on. Quote

StrangerDanger Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 http://shop.carriercomp.com/product.sc?productId=15&categoryId=5 Carriercomp/Geissele production. Brownells can be quite dangerous. At any given time I have about a grand worth of tools on my want list. Quote
