Hello,

I've got a pretty simple question.

Are there are any pistol grip stocks for the 20 gauge M1 Super 90? If where would I find them?

Not sure if I need to clarify, but I'm talking about a pistol grip that has a butt-stock on it. I do not want to lose my butt-stock.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the gauge isn't relevant on an M1/M2... the receivers are the same-o same-o. If this is the case, then the OEM PG stock for an M1/M2 tactical would fit. To extend that thought, the Mesa Tactical Urbino stock would fit as well.

Look at your owners manual parts listing. The variations between 20 and 12 shouldn't extend to the stock. The receiver may have two different part numbers to accommodate a bolt carrier variation... but even that may be the same.

Negative. A 20 ga. M1 receiver is nowhere near the same as the 12 ga. M1 except in looks. A 12 ga. stock will not fit a 20. I can't think of anything on a 12 that will fit the 20.

Too bad for BWood... thanks for the info truckcop. I've never handled a 20 M1 in person, so it was a guess on my part. Sure does limit what you can do to a 20 don't it. :(

That's a little disappointing to hear. So does a tactical stock exists for the 20 gauge?

I can certainly live without it, but I'm used to the AR platform and think it would feel more natural for me.

I just traded off my M2T PG stock, otherwise I'd let you borrow it to see if it's adaptable. Short of that, or making something from scratch, you might be hosed.

Best of luck figuring it out,

I'll walk it around a gun show and see if I can find something to try on it. I can live with it the way it is, but it is nicer to have options.

Just thinking out-loud here... I've seen photos where people have adapted pistol grips from various assault rifles to other, not pistol grip equipped, guns. The most popular grip adaptations seem to be from FN FAL, AK47 and AR15.
