M4 Forend Advice

Hey guys, I'm trying to find a forend for my M4 which is 922 compliant.

 

Here's what I need.

 

1) Made in the USA.

2) Has picattiny rails for light and forend grip.

 

I've seen some made in Israel, etc. but am looking for USA that actually WORK and FIT well.
