PCFIVEZ Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 i am trying to plan an M4 SBS project but had one question in my mind that i couldnt seem to find the proper answer for on google. if i throw a 14" factory barrel onto my M4...to what length do i need to cut the factory spring to for reliable feeding? I compared the stock spring that come standard with the 5 round round magazines to the original m4 spring and they are 3" in length difference. Quote

The standard Benelli M4 7 round spring is longer by 3" than the stock 5 round spring however both work on the 18.5" magazine tube. Quote
