Manimarco
Hello, pardon me for what is likely to be an ignorant post. I just picked up my first shotgun (an m4) and noticed that my bolt release button is not centered at all in the receiver hole. I’m seeing that there is a shell stop lever with spring tension that pushes up against the trigger housing itself. Is it normal for there to be enough pressure that the bolt release button is pushed very far off to the left within the receiver hole? See pics. Just making sure this is normal! No big deal if so, just new to the platform and from an aesthetic point of view seems like they would have had it line up a little cleaner. thanks
RJHUB
When pushed in, it should be lined up with hole. It is operating on a small radius of motion.
