gumby510
Hello all, I am in the search for a Smith that thread for the benelli mobil choke system. I am in the process of picking up another ghost ring barrel for my supernova tactical that I'd like to have threaded for benelli mobil chokes. The od of my current ghost ring tactical barrel is .826in, which is currently threaded for colonial/tru choke thin wall chokes and I'd like a little more choke selection/options. Thanks

Steve Rose
If my math is correct your barrel will need an OD of 0.840" to accept Mobil choke threading. On a related note I am looking for a set of 12ga Mobil choke installation tools (piloted reamer and tap). If anyone has a lead on a set of the tooling (Manson or PTG) in good shape there will be a “finder's fee” coming your way Edited March 26 by Steve Rose

If you're looking for a gunsmith to thread your new barrel for Benelli Mobil chokes, you may want to consider contacting a local gunsmith or firearm retailer that offers gunsmithing services. They should be able to provide you with more information about threading the barrel and any necessary parts or tools needed to complete the job. Additionally, they may be able to recommend a specific brand or type of choke that would work well with your shotgun and shooting preferences. It's important to choose a reputable gunsmith who has experience working with shotguns and can ensure that the threading process is done safely and accurately. Good luck with your project! Shawn188
Did your Supernova come with a two piece stock tube? Are you willing to let it go?
