Steve Rose Posted August 31, 2023 Share Posted August 31, 2023 More stock drop equates to a lower POI relative to your eye. The higher the number on the shim (50,55,60,65) set up the more drop in the stock (ie the butt of the stock moves lower on the gun). Changing the shims does not really change where the guns shoots. remarkable Posted September 1, 2023 Share Posted September 1, 2023 Both of your guns were shipped with D Drop Ship Plates and D Drop shims, I wouls start with the D Drop Shim Plate in both guns and then revisit the patterning board.
