Assuming you HAVE the collapsible stock and a properly milled recoil tube (11707), you press the button in, turn the stock to the right 30 degrees or so, and push up. You can push it up halfway, or all the way. It will then slide back upright and click into place.

I must not have been doing it correctly. I could only get it to move like and inch. Well when I get back from Iraq in feb I will try it again. Other than that I love the **** thing.

I sure do but there is one problem. The gun is in PA and I am in Iraq. I need the length so I can get a case for it. I don't want it sitting out for the next 6 months.
