pupddc
I know that the comfort tech is not for the Legacy, but can anyone suggest a good source for a recoil pad? It's a 12 ga 26 inch. Something possibly in a gel pad and fits the 'old world' look. Any suggestions welcome.... Thanks!
Golden Bear
Trap Dude makes the softest pad on the market and I would say Kickeez is next . Check out their websites.--GB
Drundel
I put an x-coil on my SBE and most of the duck hunters i knwo who have tried the x-coil say its better than the limbsaver.
mudhen
Since you have to do a grind to fit, I would do the X-Coil. I only went with the LimbSavr on my SBE because it is prefit, the X-Coil is known to be better as Drundel said. mudhen - CA
pupddc
What is "grind to fit"? I have seen it referenced a few places....
Drundel
take a sander and cut away at the extra material until it fits like you like it.
pupddc
The robber boot that makes up the pad or the walnut stock?
tucker301
Grind the pad, not the stock.
