Replacing Bolt Handle on an M2 Tacical

Hi

 

I want to install a Large Bolt handle on my M2 Tactical.

 

How is this done?

 

Do I need to remove the barrel and bring the Bolt forward?

 

I have no idea where my manual is.

 

Is there a place to down load or view one?

1. Make sure there the weapon is clear (no ammo)

 

2. Let the bolt go forward

 

3. Grasp the old bolt handle, yank it out of the bolt

 

4. Grab the new bolt handle, shove it in where the old handle was, until it locks in place

Sometimes this is hard, many people tie some string around the bolt handle and yank it out with that. It's easier to get a good grip on the other end of the string than to get a good grip on the stock bolt handle.

Thanks for the tip I was having heck of a time removing mine.

I couldnt find any string, but I did find a shoelace that worked fine.
