First time Turkey hunting with SBE1

FF is not acceptable to me - the pattern is too open for my liking.

If you are certain that all of your shots will be relatively close, then it will probably work fine.

That gun should like almost any good quality .660 turkey choke. Carlson, Kicks, Primos Tightwad or Jellyhead, etc.

The Benelli turkey choke is made by Trulock I think and should be very good.

I would think almost any good turkey ammo will do. Do a search here - we talk about this all the time.
