Dressing up a Tactical Nova for business

Hi fellas,

 

I have a plane jane tactical nova 18 1/2 barrel. I want to add a 2 round mag extension (most likely tac star) and a tactical light.

 

Here my friends - educate me - what works whats junk - what did you do and what would you have done different.

 

Please show pictures when you can...

Please explain the funcationallity of your tactical light - Did I read correctly that it is acutally three components?

Yes, it is three different components. I got the TLR-1 from Academy Sporting Goods and the other two from CopQuest. I mounted the Plug-In Remote Switch where my hand naturally goes that way I can turn it off and on without letting go of the forend of the gun.

I found that system online - I am mused with a 2.5 hour battery life/ that lamp must be real real bright.

 

Did you try other systems before this one?
