d
...and while you are ordering from them, buy the recoil tube for $59. and your "flag stamped" will now collapse. regards - d
walstien
Its my understanding that the m1014 will not accept a new recoil tube for the collapsible stock. Won't this be a problem if I have a full length mag tube installed?
M1014
hi,,the M1014 will accept the colapsible recoil tube because my buddy and I did the swap about 2 weeks ago on his M1014,,,all this M1014/m4 stuff interchanges with no problems,,its the same gun,,,
walstien
Interesting. Was it hard to remove the old recoil tube and add the new one? How about the full length mag tube? Was it hard to install?
d
both parts are secured with a horriible euro thread lock compound. 350 deg F will loosen it, and a good strap wrench. do a search on this forum and you will find many different methods. For you own knowledge you should also do a search on any legal implications, but do not ask questions here - they have all been answered. Speak with your attorny or find a savy lawyer referal through your shooting range. -regards d.
CivilianM4
d and M1014, Just to clarify what I read: I can remove my M1014's recoil tube by using my heat gun like I did to remove the factory mag tube?
