wingbone Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 got my first deer of the season yesterday morning with my bow....a nice fat doe problem is that after field dressing the deer yesterday morning it appears I put my knives back in my pack and forgot to clean them. got them out as soon as I remembered today and cleaned them up but I have some rust and some nasty lookin black stains that will not come out with gun oil. can anybody tell me what to do now? one is a S.S. blade and the other is carbon steel....and I already know I'm a [email protected]$# for forgetting to clean my knives in the forst place Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
