We are about to send it around the military testing circuit to gauge reactions. Since you gave an estimated time frame for this is there any place where one was given for Xcaliber? My hunting rifle needs a Mesa Makeover.. In the meantime, the US military already has thousands of these stocks and may be more interested in a relatively inexpensive upgrade to make their optics more usable than a completely new (and not inexpensive) buttstock. A "whole collapsing stock" requires the development of a pistol grip assembly and buttstock assembly (including thumb latch) in addition to a cheek riser. Working Xcaliber prototypes are now making the rounds of US military test facilities in the South, and soon we hope to have enough field input to go into production with them.
