we bought these new two years ago when they first came out,full price of $1600--- no regrets,,,,,,,today is the time to get an M1014 for around $1200 in some places,,maybe less not much less,,man---you should get one ,,there alot of fun and joy M1014

Irish,,,the Practical stock was easy to put on,you'all need a small phillips for the recoil pad and a 13mm socket for the stock installaion,I prefer the Practical stock over the stock with the side sling loops.the heat shield is TRICK to install,fore arm mods are a must.the oversize bolt handle is the G&GG special,look at the Cals Sporting Armory site for mag extensions or E-Bay,,,,,,,,,,Happy Holidays Irish

if you want extra positions,from the factory tubes,then yes further milling is required,I had a fixed one position tube,that I took still on the receiver and stayed on the reciever and got it milled.)))))))))))))))))))))M1014(((((((((((
