  1. +1 for the A-Zoom snap caps with my M1014. The snap caps have also helped me get the feel for loading and extracting shells from the chamber without having to use live rounds.
  2. Well john h, the Benelli M4 can be used for a variety of tasks: three gun tactical shooting matches, home defense, or just shooting paper at the range just to name a few. Zombies. You forgot the zombies.
  3. Oh, I guess that means mine is going to break too. I've read about the problems some have had with their M4s, but those problems seem to come from haveing 4 gas ports. Because mine has 2 ports (it's an M1014), I shouldn't have any trouble. (knock on wood )
  4. It's a Tacstar sidesaddle. It's going to stop working? How come?
  5. You know, mine holds 7 in the tube also. Kinda makes me think they should call it a +3 extension instead. But wow, 9 rounds (7+1+1) as quick as I can pull the trigger! I love my M1014!
  6. So these speed loaders look pretty cool. I guess they're a tube that holds four shells with a little plunger-handle with which you can force the shells into the magazine. Check it out here and here. From the video it looks like it can be a bit tricky to use, and if you mess up shells go everywhere! I'm specifically interested in using one with an M1014. Also, while I'm at it, I noticed that the shell retaining lever that keeps the shells held in the magazine is a bit stiff--I've really got to push to get the shells in! Is this how it's supposed to be? [ 03-15-2006, 12:41 AM: Message edited by: jakjakman ]
  7. Ha! That's awesome! I wonder what ended up hapening to that guys gun though...
  8. Hey all! As a way of inducting myself into the Benelli club I though I'd share some pics of my new M1014! I picked her up a week ago and still haven't had a chance to shoot her yet, but I will this week! I can't wait. I'm still blown away by how well this shotgun fits in my hands, it's perfect!
  9. I'm glad it's still in production! Could we get some updated pictures of where the design's at now?
