Commando: If you would price everything out it's not that bad of a price. I guess I had to buy everything when I put it together andI know I'm not out of line. $1350 M4 $ 225 M4 Coll Stock $ 188 Us Made Mag tube $1763.00 for this and I'm including a Benelli Factory tube which has been sold from $200 to $800 on ebay. I guess I must be crazy for asking so much for the M4 I have listed. I know what would make Commando happy, I need to change my add for a free Benelli M4 just pay for shipping. S&H $1850.00 [ 12-13-2006, 12:49 AM: Message edited by: THEOZZ ]

When my M4 showed up it only came with one choke as well and I was wondering if the dealers were removing them and selling them separate. I called Benelli CS and mentioned this about the dealers and they told me that some M4's were sent out without the Chokes because of a change over at the plant.

M1014: What type of choke tubes do you have in your Benelli's it almost looks like you have a crown machined on the end of your barrel. I love your SBS but you should put a door breacher on it.

Wingbone have you tried a micro torch to loosen the loctite on your gun? I would be leary about using an open flame to heat the mag tube up to release the loctite. The micro torch has to be pretty dang hot temp wise. I went to home depot and bought a 2 temp heat gun for $30 and used the low setting to loosen the loctite on my benelli and it worked just fine.

I have an SBE 1 that is about 8 years old and have never had it jam. I have used it for waterfowl when it was pouring rain to hunting pheasants when it was snowing and blowing. I hunted coyotes in stubble Fields and on top of hay bales where the straw gets all over the gun. I have shot every imaginable shell through it without a failure to feed or jam. So whoever told you that is either full of crap, hate Benelli's or don't know how to maintain their guns. [ 09-13-2006, 11:48 PM: Message edited by: THEOZZ ]

Look at Pattern Master choke Tubes they are made for 00 Buck and hold a very tight pattern. I have one I use for turkey and it works great. You can find them through Cabela's or possibly one of the other big sporting goods catalogs Cabela's Link [ 09-05-2006, 12:30 PM: Message edited by: THEOZZ ]
