It seems the only way we're going to be able to get a Picatinny rail on the Supernova Tactical is to go the custom route. I tried one of these--a Weaver 423m: This won't work with Ghost Rings unless you cut some of the metal length from the base. I'd rather just get the picatinny instead of modifying the Weaver base that I have. Does anyone know a gunsmith who might be up for a group order?

I wonder if that'd work on a Supernova Tactical with a swivel on the front loop? Looks like a good one. They seem to have a lot of nice gear.

Mine came with a small nick on the barrel at the "business end," down to metal. I've seen these: and these: Have you used either to touch up a black barrel on a Supernova or other Benellis with a similar finish?

I have the Tac Star on my Supernova Tactical. It's 1-piece. I haven't fired the gun yet (only had it for a week now), but it cycles just fine. I don't think the factory part is available right now, so you only have this or one other option right now.

Some gear questions for: -What do you use to hold shells? -What brand/type ammo do you use? Thanks for your service.

Does that ATI magazine clamp work well? Would you say it's black or graphite gray? I have a Supernova Tactical on order, and I'm hesitant to use a Tac Star (or other) metal band/clamp on a mag extension if it scratches the gun's finish. I'm thinking that one (nylon) wouldn't scratch ... does it?

I received a quote for a Supernova Tactical Pistol Grip with Ghostrings @ $450 from Fowler Gun Room in Orange, CA. I saw a post on this forum where someone picked one up for $350. I asked the shop if that's their best (cash) price, and they said "yes." That seems high to me. What are you folks paying?
