  1. Good to see you stepped up to an M4 the ultimate tactical shotgun.GL getting rid of the M2 on this forum.

I assume by that you mean that no one here will want a M2T but I am willing to deal enough that I am sure it will find a new home.

  2. Well since a new M4 followed me home this weekend I can't justify two tactical shotguns so my M2 needs to go.

M2 tactical with the pistol (steady) grip stock and ghost ring sights and was purchased new by me earlier this year. Other than the small nick all M2, 3 & 4's get on the edge of the port it is the same as new. The gun and barrel are date coded CD (2009) so it has the OE aluminum follower.

I really don't know where to start pricewise, new it was $1149 so i'll start at $900 or best offer + shipping to a FFL of your choice where legal.

Please feel free to PM me any offers.

    **** How about $825 ****

  3. My MR1 and M2 has new company in the safe as I picked up a new M4 yesterday. After loking high and low I found a early run 2009 that lacks the weird colored reciver I have seen on the newest batch.

So if anyone is interesed or knows someone looking for a like new M2 tactical let me know.

  4. there ya go CODY, a picture of a brand new c-stock that looks like all the rest.:D

Thats like saying all M4's look the same and as of late that is anything but the truth. The most recent batch of M4's recievers are a color I have come to expect on a cheap AK knockoff.

  5. i keep reading and reading continued posts on this site and other sites regarding prices of sh-t people are selling. and i ask again, to ALL THE PRICE COMPLAINERS, what do you do or make or even provide for a living??? and what do you sell it for??? let me answer that question for you. AS MUCH AS YOU CAN GET FOR IT!!!!!!!! END OF WHINING!!!

I own/operate a property services company (mowing, aerating and landscaping) and it provides me with a six figure income working 8-9 months out of the year. I have zero employees so what I make is decided by how hard " I " am willing to work. Doing so allows me to own some things that are by no means required and besides family coming first my happiness is second to none.

The issue here was never demand dictating price but leaving the field wide open and then laughing at offers, I don't consider $500 a low ball offer on a used M4 CAP either.

Truth is the prices of Benelli extensions and these are a joke which is sad becuase the FMV is dictated by people who have no intentions of using most of this stuff it's just all about turnaround profit. Obviously the CAP being sold here was owned by a Benelli guy just trying to break even which is fine. The only argument which was 100% valid is that he should've said $800 obo if thats what it was going to take to own it.

  6. Well since it's not for sale normally, then factory MSRP doesn't really matter does it? According to the factory, it's not for sale to you at ANY price. Only one place is selling to civilians publically, NIB.

It's all about supply and demand. You already show that you understand this. If you want to buy an M4S90 collapsible stock for $175 MSRP, then do it. I certainly won't frown upon you. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that...you can't.

In fact, for any of you who have some XM193 that you bought in the early 2000's, will you sell it to me for $150/1,000 rounds? I mean, I would hate to have to call you gougers. This is rediculous.

1- You brought up MSRP and a guy selling them new for $800 which is a joke because he is making major profit when cost is less than $150.

2- Quit comparing something that is more expensive due to materials and labor cost going up versus simple supply.

  7. Guys don't waste my thread space with your arguments.Unless you have some interest don't post. Cody 6.0 why would I sell my stock for cheaper than I paid? Do you see me trying to flame your fs thread.no so gtfo. This is a rare opportunity for people who want a collapsable stock. All Pm's responded too.

Whats to flame in my FS threads the fact that I give people ****'a deals? If you are just trying to re-coop the money you paid for it then say so, it was the appearance that people were getting laughed at for making decent offeres that sparked my response anyway.

PM me what you will take for it shipped to 68701 and even I might take it off your hands.

  8. Fine, go buy a new one. THey retail for $995 at the only dealer who has them in stock in the US that I am aware of. The $7-800 that is asked on here is fair market value. The fact of the matter is, by offering it here first, you make a forum-member the owner instead of someone else. They are kindof hard to find, somewhat.

This is like claiming that selling an M16 for $15,000 is price-gouging because it sold for $900 in the late 80's.

MSRP is not even close to $995 and there is a difference between fair market value and screwing people on auction sites. **** the term "fair market value" is usually only used by someone needing a excuse for rediculious prices. Offering something at an inflated rate here is no bonus when you are expecting to make serious bank on it and just don't want to pay fees.

I went through this same crap when I had my 2006 Pontiac GTO and there was a rare set of grilles available that retailed for $250 but went for $500+ on ebay. People were buying up dealer supply and making serious profit without thinking of GTO fans that couldn't afford $500. So I called every GM dealer around and bought five sets @ $250ea then sold them for $280 shipped, I made maybe $8 per set but made five people very happy.

Continuing to sell these at $800 is manipulation of the market which causes a "false fair market value" and just lines the pocket of sellers.

  9. Im glad you posted that! I typed something close to it and erased it 5 or 6 times knowing since I have a few posts I would get blasted.

another note posts count has nothing to do with most of the comments. I have had a M1S90 for over 15 years. Just cuzz I now found this site dont mean anything.

Well I guess the way I see it is that if someone isn't out to make someone happy and cut them a deal why post it on a forum?

  10. Do you know if this is re-branded, or if Benelli/Beretta formulated it themselves, or hired a lab to, or what?

Well if it is re-branded it is something from overseas and not a familiar product since we (USA) won't allow them to import it.

  11. Well, what can we say? You won't be owning a collapsible stock. End of story.

Really though it is a bit of a joke that we have to refference price gouging like it is the set standard for pricing. When I put something on a forum for sale it's because profit isn't as important as giving a fellow enthusiast a deal.

I fully understand that demand has alot of effect on price but if your just out to profit sell it on Gunbroker.

  12. I like Hoppe's Elite gun oil and cleaner.

I've been using Butch's Bore Shine recently as a solvent to work out that nasty lead residue that slugs and buckshot leave behind. Let is sit for a while to soak in and it cuts down on the brush time. I also put solvent on qtips to clean the cylinders. Yes, they do get dirty in there.

It seems everyone has their own regimen. Just buy a variety and find out what works best for you.

And I agree with others, Rem Oil is junk.

My gunshop had a few bottles of some Beretta Oil that looked to be a few years old.

Could this be the same "Olio" that Benelli recommends??

Usually Olio is marked as such unless it's the small bottles of Beretta lube that say plus teflon. On my shotguns and MR1 is use only the Benelli/Beretta Oil and CLP.

  13. [QUOTE=sodakfop;118065]

And Cody I have never taken this off. I hunted with it, walked through grass right to the waters edge. I have no idea how this came loose. My concern is that the next one will do the same.

I was simply saying that the batch of undersized ones don't take much more than a set of eyes to remove they fall off that easy. When you get one that fits you will know what I mean because they are on damn good.

By no means was I saying you did anything wrong to make it fall off. Although the way in which you brought it up might be a bit extreme **** if I had an extra pad laying around I would give it to you but I don't.

  14. I forgot to mention this amongst my other MR1 threads but my MR1's don't share the same rear sight. One has a small ghost ring (similar to the AR15's long range) and the other shares the same sight as a GRS equipped shotgun. The serial numbers aren't even 500 apart so it makes me wonder if this was a supply problem or if they changed their minds less than 600 guns in.

Anyone else have a MR1 yet who can tell me which sight they have?
