Put about 50 rounds down range today.....1oz Slugs at 50 yards held around 4-5"...and the 00 pattern at 15 yards was perfect. The recoil was cut dramatically and follow up shots were really fast. 7 rounds fired as fast as possible was also very controllable, smooth, and accurate. Overall, and unbelievable small but potent package. The charging handle is a Design Concepts...formerly Progressive Machine and Tool. Having both the GG&G and PMT/DC, I find this one to be better built and sized right.

Got my approval and completed the engraving and got the barrel on. Trying to decide which handguard to go with.....original or FAB Defense. When I had the barrel shortened, he also ported the end with 10 ports on both sides. I hope to get it to the range this week and see how she performs. Which HG do yall like? Was looking to purchase another barrel but Numrich's seems to be the only one who has them and they are $825 dollars. I did locate a "low recoil barrel" for about $400. Now I only use department ammo which is Winchester 2 3/4 OO Buck (low recoil) and Winchester 2 3/4 1 OZ Slugs which are also low recoil. Would this 4 port low recoil barrel be fine considering the ammo I am using / going to use? It would save me $400 but I would hate to purchase it if there is an issue even firing the low recoil stuff. Thanks, ASO

Can someone advise, or email/PM if desired, where the cheapest place to purchase a factory M4 18.5" barrel with ghost ring front sights. I know Numrich has them but $850 is a little high!!! I know i read where some have for them in the $500 range. Any help will be greatly appreciates, ASO

I know you can make a limiter but is there a place to buy a factory one.....never seen one for sale for a benelli.

I've looked online and seen where the GG&G Bolt Handles are made for the M4, but the model number (1031) is the same for the M1 as well. Will this fit both guns? I thought I read where the M1 and M4 could not inter-change bolt handles. I see Brownells has different model numbers for the Bolt Handle they offer. Thanks, ASO544

1oz rifled slugs with the stock "modified" (3 notches) choke. I was using the front dot to cover the dot on the target so POA is POI. Most of my shooting with rifles is done by using the lollipop (front sight touching bottom of target).

Are there any sights/mounts that allow you to use the iron sights as well? I would guess even an Aimpoint mounted on its lowest mount would still block the Ghost Rings from looking throught the APs glass, and I can not think of a mount that has an open lower area to allow the Ghost Rings to look under the mounted AP/optic. Seems to either be iron sights or optic...not both. Now this one seems interesting as it is small and leaves an open heads up view vs an Aimpoint/EOtech that has you looking through a cylinder. Range time was excellent!!! Very controllable with 00 buck and could continously hit a 3" dot at 50 yards (prone) 10 out of 10!!! This is one serious piece of hardware!!!!

What type of lighting system and optics do the military use on their M1014s? Most of the pics seem to be no lights and optics, but I find that hard to believe.

Got my new Benelli M4. Feels and looks great. I hope to get it to the range next week. I may just sell the CS stock and that will pay off most of the gun!!!!

What tube comes stock with the M4? Full?

My tube came today and it looks great. I am going to try and get it installed tomorrow and will post the results. Just a little concerned on getting the factory one off. I don't have a heat gun to help get it removed.

Just got my PG stock in for my incoming Benelli M4 with a collaspable stock. I am going to remove the CS stock and install the PG one as I prefer it. If I sell the CS stock, what about the tube? My PG stock just came with the rubber piece. Are the tubes the same for the PG and CS stocks? Also, what is the procedure for installing the stock? Any issues I should be aware of? Thanks, Akm
