I've got a SBE II and I love mine. I never had any kind of problem out of mine it cycles any shell I put in it.

What kind of oil are you using some oil will get kind of gummy.
-
I shot 500 or so rounds through it then tried them again and it does not miss a lick now. I don't shoot low brass shells much I just like to know it will shoot them.

I shoot a SuperSport and got my girlfriend a Beretta Urika 2 20ga. I like both guns I would recommend both. -
Looking for advice on becoming a waterfowler

Stoeger is a good gun, i've had one and have no complaints about it. I also like 3" shells #2 load that combination should do you just fine. But the more you hunt ducks the more stuff you going to want and need, good luck hiding that from your wife. -
You are right it will fall apart,I have a SS and the plug made me scratch my head for a second.

Just got a Beretta Urika 2 Sporting 20 ga. for girlfriend. The gun will not eject low brass sheels, does anyone know if I can adjust the springs on the barrel to make it shoot low brass sheels?
-
If you remove the end cap and turn the gun upside down the plug will fall out. The plug looks like a long nail.
-
I like my SS better for dove and quail a little more than my SBE II. The SS will not shoot 3.5" shells though.
-
My SBE II also has some peeling on it which it has been abused, but never let me down. Besides it's a duckgun you come to expect that.

I just bought a SS wondering if benelli made a wood stock that would fit .
