For a normal citizen to own a coll stock LE 11721 is this completely legal as long as the shotgun is in factory configuration? That is with the shortened tube? Now let's say we add the extension, or full length tube? Now are we legal?

the stock is on fine, the actual pistol grip is coming away from the stock.

What keeps the pistol grip attached to the M4 stock? Is there a screw? The grip on mine is separating from the stock body.
