if i buy it off of benelli is it a made in usa part for the 922?

anyone know where i can get a standard stock for the benelli m4?

Has anyone used an USPS money order? how do they work? are they pretty secure? how would you ensure that the seller actually sends your item and not just take the money? any suggestions? im buying a benelli m4 from a seller in FL and all they want is money order or cashiers check.

FYI, theres a benelli M4 for sale on guns of america for 1500. its a bidding war though so it could go up. i would buy it but i dont fancy the desert camo.

So I asked ATF if the new H2O was legal and the only question the agent asked was is it a pump action. So i say no and the answer i get is "then its not legal to own in Ca." Then the agent goes on to say that if the shot gun meets any of the criteria for Ca's assault weapon definition then its not legal. So i look up what is defined as an assault weapon in Ca and I found that as long as its not greater than 10 rounds, isn't detachable magazine fed, doesn't have a folding or telescopic stock and does not have a pistol grip then it is legal. So i am looking at a benelli m4 with a standard stock and i am good to go. Is my assumption correct? Any help with this matter would be much appreciated. Any Ca. M4 owners out there? Whats the deal?

maybe someone should ask kip if they made a deal with benelli. maybe the reconstruction of it in the us is compliant enough?

They would have to post a list of imported parts like the ones for the older m4's.

Maybe we can get a letter from benelli stating what they've done to make it 922r compliant.

okay i get it. What i meant was accessories. I just want to see whats out there actually on an m4 to see if i like how it looks. pretty good jokes though. I like the tv show idea but i think that would only get one season because not too many would watch.

which field stock did you use? i dont see one for an m4 on the benelli web site.

surefire has a x400 thats a flash light and laser combo. has approval from a few highly respected tactical guys.

so with the specs from the surefire forend for benelli, would it fit on a benelli m4? i was comparing pictures and it looked like the end of the forends from the two were slightly different.

So i like the surefire forend that replaces the forend on the super 90 benelli but i like the m4. whats the difference between the two?
