  2. My camera isn't very good (actually it is the nut behind the keyboard), here is the location of mine. Have never had issues with manually ejecting shells. When I installed the GG&G per your warning, I made a mental note of the location of the spring and installed in same place. Don't want to take it apart again, but I thought there was a seat position on the bar, not sure but just believe there was. Forgot to add: mine is a 2011 model http:// http://
  3. Don't know if this will help you, but it certainly worked with my .338 Rem Mag. The local gunsmith who is big into competitive shooting highly recommend the Dead Mule and I said go ahead and install. WOW, what a reduction. Since I can't add links, enter the following into google "Dead Mule Recoil Reducer". Don't know which one he added, but believe me oh what a pleasure.

    New thread?.

LOL, it certainly is there now, actually two times.

    New thread?.

In my case, if I include a link, it is intercepted and never sees the light of day. Might be the combination of the # of posts and length of time on the board.

Dang GREAT review. As always very educational.
  7. Just thinking out-loud, about the firearmblog: how would ATF know if it was rebuilt in the USA by Benelli or HarryHomeOwner. What other parts did Benelli add to comply with 922r? All very confusing.
  8. That is what I also thought, just doesn't make sense. Hopefully someone who has one or researched them before will jump in. Bud's is selling them for $2100.00
  9. Any one have experience with the BENELLI PERFORMANCE SHOP Model # 10109? I guess my question is: is it worth more than 1K over the Model # 10103? And if so why? Thanks

StrangerDanger has already ordered one and you can take this too the bank, his review of the components will be 1st class. So sometime after the shot-show check back for his review.
  11. They are remanufacturing the shotgun here in the USA, therefore the components are 922r compliant.
  12. If you are attempting to add links, they are intercepted and then reviewed. The review can take days, so it is best to add spaces etc into your message. i.e. yahoo . com / whatever / etc. I have over 120 posts and mine are still intercepted. Welcome to the forum.

I thought the same and asked that question on this forum regarding mini-bus Appropriations bill . Also called NRA twice and the last call the Legal Department informed me that Mini-Bus doesn't void out 922r. All very confusing, since Benelli now has a 11711 with C-Stock.
  14. Just got off the phone with Benelli Customer Support and upon return from the shot-show they will inform the staff on the availability of the c-stock & full size magazine. Suggest price of the 11711 is $2399.

Hopefully their lead times, product availability and communications will be top shelf. FFT is advertising their full length finished Titanium magazine tube weighing in at 152.68 grams vs OEM 297.97 grams. What is Kip's Titanium full length weight? Really interested in the review of their trigger package.
  17. Did the firing pin strike the primer? Were you able to fire following immediate and or remedial action?
  18. Wonder if it is because of fiscal Year 2012 Agriculture, Commerce/Justice/Science (CJS) and Transportation/Housing/Urban Development (THUD) Appropriations bills—also known as the “Mini-Bus,” http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php/27742-does-this-also-pertain-to-922R
  19. The moderator keeps intercepting my postings with links for review and then never posts them. What a *****. Therefore I asked permission from OP (DocGKR) on another forum to share the following. The pattern is very impressive. New Federal Cartridge shotgun loads for LE Given Brenneke USA's recent QC issues and the unfortunate unavailability of true Rotweil Brennke loads in the U.S. currently, we have been looking for alternative slug loads that are capable of adequate penetration after first defeating intermediate barriers. We shot the new Federal (PB127 DPRS) Truball Deep Penetrator 1 oz slug load @ 1350 fps. It penetrated 24" of gel after first defeating an automobile windshield, with no deviation from trajectory and outstanding weight retention. The Federal Truball Deep Penetrator works as a potential Brenneke replacement. As a bonus, it is very accurate out to at least 100 yards. ----------------------------- Based on IWBA data, Don Hacklander from San Diego Police Supply and I have been discussing the potential of a properly designed #1 buckshot LE load for many years--with Don's help and the efforts of some folks at ATK, this has now finally been brought to fruition! We shot the new Federal #1 buckshot, 15 pellet, 1100 fps "Flight Control" load (LE132-1B) yesterday out of a generic 18" 870P, including patterning from 5-35 yards, as well as a bare gel shot at 7 yards. In bare gel, all 15 of the 30 caliber plated pellets penetrated in the 14-18 inch range. This new Federal LE132-1B #1 buckshot load offers IDEAL terminal performance for LE and self-defense use and is the best option for those who need to use shot shells for such purposes. Below are a couple photos of patterning shots at 7 and 25 yards: http:// http://
  20. I would certainly try Winchesters New Round: EAST ALTON, Ill. -Winchester Ammunition is once again cementing PDX1® Defender™ as the industry's most complete and innovative line of ammunition for personal defense. Headlining the new PDX1 Defender products in 2012 is the Segmenting Slug™ for 12-gauge shotguns. The uniquely designed PDX1 Defender Segmenting Slug segments into three pieces when fired into FBI protocol barriers such as bare, light cloth and heavy cloth covered ballistic gelatin. The round combines all of the advantages of a slug and buckshot, while eliminating the need for two different rounds. Markings on M4

http:// benelliwerkes, you certainly have a better camera than I, in any event thank you for the detailed explanation. For sure I have CH, on the receiver and barrel. Don't have the CAM.75, but on the right side of the barrel, it has 2 3/4 to 3". http://

    New M2 Owner

Congratulations on your weapon. Are you shooting clays at a commercial skeet|trap range? In our area, the minimum barrel length is 24" and if caught you are banned from the range.
  25. $115 shipped. Received a few private messages and there is some confusion over the part numbers, therefore check out post # 3: http://www.mesatactical.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=811
