I ordered a Urbino stock and found it was on back order so I canceled the order. Glad i did, I just replaced my full stock with a C-stock today. sexy, now i just need a +2 mag tube.
-
Is that a Mesa tactical sureshell carrier ?. I'd love to see what the 8 shell one looks like mounted HAHA.

Hi all Ive decided not to get a after-market full length ext tube due to warranty conflict issues so now im in the market for a +2 Mag extension tube. any thoughts on this. There is a +2 available on gunbroker by benelli (expensive), there is dave's metal works, there's one from carrier comp (expensive). If anyone has used one id love some feed back.

Great news. Thanks

So did you keep your Mossberg 930SPX...look at my post a nightmare/funny story.
-
that was 3 years ago and if im not wrong Amsdorf has one on his M4 and we all know he fires the crap out of his with no issues.

Back in June after going to a local gun show one saturday I decided i wanted a combat shotgun and preferably a semiauto so I went back on a sunday and asked alot of the venders what to buy. The decision came down to a Mossberg 930 SXP for $750 or a Benelli M4 for $1550. The guys were all hyped up about the Benelli and how it is the best and how it was chosen by the U.S. military. My problem was all i saw was $$ so i bought later thru Buds Gunshop online I bought a Mossberg for a grand less. Well this is where the story gets sad. right out of the box the mossberg wouldnt chamber the 1st shell and that is BAD. I contacted Mossberg support and the gladly sent me a free shipping label. 2 weeks later the SPX is returned so field strip and clean it before loading it up at the range. not only does it still not chamber the 1st shell but now there are metal shavings around the bolt and slide and even loaded with shells the charg bolt locks in place as if it were not loaded at all. So i contact Mossberg again but im not so nice this time. The gladly send me another free shipping label and back it goes. My friends keep saying "you get what you pay for" so i said screw it and went and bought a Benelli M4 which works flawlessly. Fedex delivered a brand new Mossberg 930 SPX to my door last night. I unboxed it and took it apart and yup...brand new. so im selling it ofcorse but the funny thing i noticed putting the 2 weapons side by side is the SPX is like a kids toy made of cheap plastic from Walmart compaired to the M4. You really do get what you pay for. Anyone want to buy a NIB Mossberg 930 SPX HAHA.

It turns out the the Urbino stock is on back order so im canceling the order monday. at least my GG&G charge handle is still on it's way.

My Mesa Tactical Urbino stock should be at my door any day now. Ill have no need for my factory M4 stock after it arrives. Im sure we can work something out cheap if you eat the shipping cost. [email protected]

My new M4 is black in color unlike some ive seen that the barrel is kinda brown or tan. does anyone know if carrier comp or anyone else out there sells a "black" titanium full length tube for the M4 ?. i ahve seen some made of steel but id prefer titanium if i had a choice. as for the whole r22 thing i guess ill start replacing parts to be compliant if i do find a +2 full length titanium black tube .

Jesus.... And what does he have mounted under his forarm grip ?.
-
OK...stupid question who is to stop me from just installing say a dave's 2 round extension tube on my M4. what are the odds of a fed waiting for me outside my door step or lurking in the shadows and the local run range. i dont really understand what the big hubub is all about with r22 compliancy...who really cares other then the feds that chances are ill never ever see. when i picked up my M4 from the gun shop Bud's sent it to i was talking to the guy there about r22 and his opinion was that the feds have alot more imortant things to worry about now a days then little old me and my extr rounds......seriously. i dont get it.

Paul you rock I am new to shotguns and after watching your videos i see that i was handling the M4 incorrectly. I now push forward with the forarm and pull back on the pistol grip when firing. my shoulder isnt killing me at all with 00 buck or slugs and my grouping is superb. I probably dont even need the Mesa Urbino stock that i ordered now *sigh* but ill install it anyway. Keep up the great work on those videos.

Update: I am more and more impressed with the M4 by the day. after firing 50 2.75 heavy game load thru my M4 i took it home and reloaded it with my Walamart Winchester 2.75 00 buck and it took all 5 in the tube. I guess it just needed to be broken in a bit. Also that bad boy is zeroed in for 25 yards right out of the box. On a funny note. ther were cops a few stalls down from me and 2 of them came up and admired my M4....it's good to be king HAHA.
