  1. Is it the 2-3 week turnaround that you're trying to avoid or the full price of the item?
  2. Page 11 has the second report of mold. Personally, I have a ton of Frog Lube that I have yet to use, so I am especially disappointed.
  3. So in my example, 922® may not apply (maybe) since the weapon was not constructed and was imported legally and perhaps sold "legally", but let's agree that it's a grey area at best. http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=6&f=1&t=347328 I edited my post because I noticed that SD mentioned that it could not be transferred legally, which I am not familiar with. Federal law 922® states in part, it shall be unlawful for any person to assemble from imported parts any semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun which is identical to any rifle or shotgun prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3) of this chapter as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes except that this subsection shall not apply to—(1) the assembly of any such rifle or shotgun for sale or distribution by a licensed manufacturer to the United States or any department or agency thereof or to any State or any department, agency, or political subdivision thereof; or (2) the assembly of any such rifle or shotgun for the purposes of testing or experimentation authorized by the Attorney General.
  4. Intresting perspective. I assumed since it would have been imported legally, 992® wouldn't apply, but I am not imtimately familiar with the law itself.
  5. I'm not an 922® expert and don't want to derail the thread, but if a 11721 is imported by an LE Agency and later sold, would it not be compliant?
  6. There are two recent reports of Frog Lube growing mold. http://sigforum.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/430601935/m/9270041023
  7. +1 on Robar's NP3+. I had all the controls done on my Sigs. I would caution you on Frog Lube. There are two recent reports of mold growing on Frog Lubed pistols: http://sigforum.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/430601935/m/9270041023
  8. I bought a M4 yesterday and bought (200) 12 gauge Federal Power-Shok 3" Magnum 1.25 Ounce Slugs today for breaking in the gun. Now my only worry is breaking in my shoulder.
  9. I hope for my sake you are right. I need this weapon!
  10. I also placed an order with Impact for a Benelli M4 H2O last week and was a bit confused. A forum member mentioned that they are discountinued. I too do not want to wait 6 mths. to find out that the order cannot be fulfilled. I emailed Impact to confirm my order and all they confirmed was that the item was backordered, but they made no mention of production. I will try and clarify with them. Perhaps others backed out of orders that were place before the model was discontinued and we're taking their spot? I just need to have this gun.
