Aren’t those for Remingtons? Or, it doesn’t matter.
Those are pretty expensive for Velcro and elastic material.
I challenge you to make an equal or better one for less than $20 a pop.
I've used many different elastic systems and none have so far held a candle. I also thinks it stands head and shoulders above the metal systems that aridus industries and asgard defense make.
Shell caddies are a whole different ballgame / purpose though.

Anyone found a site that has these in stock?
It appears that brownells still has them in stock...
Just scroll down

What are you shooting for the hardness after heat treat of the underlying s7 steel? I'd be down for two DLC coated hammers if you go that way.
-
Ah, didn't think about that...good point. Sorry I meant the hardness of the underlying s7 steel. I'd be down for two DLC coated hammers if you go that way.
-
I'd pay more for an NP3+ coated hammer over a NiB. Any specs as to the hardness level of the S7 you're shooting for?
-
Yup, those are the ones. Sometimes brownell's has them and you can use a coupon code
Yeah the "spare carriers" have the hook part on their backs

I'm 5'10" and use the middle notch for ease of handling for an isoceles stance. I have an aimpoint on a scalarworks. It's really my preferred way of handling a shotgun for heavy slug loads... but most of my training lately is for bear defense / euthanization. Haven't used bird shot lately except for rapid loading practice

The m4 receiver is anodized aluminum so there shouldn't be any concerns about pulling it off or rusting.
My preferred side saddle are the vangcomp spare carriers... to me they have the best elastic retention / release of any that I've tried. I just use velcro brand self-adhesive loop with a notch cut out for the trigger group take down pin on my receiver.

I mean money wise.
I've been seeing 5 round straight stock guns for $1700 so when I saw that last night I took the plunge
Like I said... if you're happy it doesn't matter what others think.
The hard truth is one could get them for less depending on the dealer, though there would be wait time. This was available now... but there's always going to be mark up especially through an auction site that charges additional money.

I’d like to know what Benelli alters and what parts they use on these to make them 922R compliant.
It's not 922R compliant... It's an LE model and not intended for sporting purposes. Now if a civilian purchases it and got in trouble BATFE could add that to the charges.

As long as you're satisfied it doesn't really matter what others think

Not entirely sure if this will help but Briley does trigger work for Benellis. Worth giving them a call to see if they can meet your needs. No idea about a release trigger

I think I'm an odd guy out for charging handle preference. I actually use the nordic comp benelli handle. I had an issue with the heavily knurled ones catching on my glove /skin and rotating enough to have one of the triangular edges push against the catch and start come loose. I never had it come out but there's a hesitation to make sure it catches again.

They were $249 but benelli doesn't sell that part directly to civilians so there will be mark up. You either go through a reseller (like benelliparts.net) or gunbroker or use your LE credentials and go through your department.
They were $699 or more during the craze of 2012 or so... just FYI

Oh, sure any and all of those can be issues. However Briley has had the m2 forends for some time so it's not like this is completely new water for them

You should've posted a pic of the glowing briefcase from pulp fiction...

I like the GG&G bolt release option

I wouldn't imagine the would shut down their site over one item ? what conspiracy are you imagining?
-
I wouldn't say all hype... but I've only purchased their replacement carrier. Charging handles seem to be very individualized for preferences... and I haven't messed with bolt lightening.

The OEM aluminum frames remind me of old Colt AR15 receivers. They’re rough, loads of flashing that was never filed off. Pitting everywhere from impurities in the aluminum.
I have ave never seen any issues with a polymer trigger frame. They’re a little lighter than the aluminum model too. I personally carry polymer framed guns on duty and for concealed carry. They’re striker fired evil too! Fewer problems with them in my experience than hammer guns. Fewer wait a minutes.
Having said that, the A&S frames are the best. I don’t use the ramp either. I just want a smooth functioning trigger platform that can be plated.
Completely agree with that... I've only seen 5 OEM trigger guards and they all had flaws. Haven't seen any in A&S ones... but then again I've only handled three. Two for M4s and one for an M3

Aluminum came first. I'd check with midwest first before ordering online... last time I emailed them they only had the polymer ones in stock even though they are using the aluminum part picture.

Benelli M4 Velcro sidesaddle and finish?

Pretty much. They do use thick webbing so they more or less keep their shape when loaded unlike other card systems.
