How does the light attach to the mount? I don't see the ring for sale on either IWC or ModLite's site.

The ModLight has two bosses. These allow hardware to affix the light to the mount with screws from the inner side of the mount

60 of them that came with the collapsible stock and a full length magazine tube. After that, Benelli neutered them and sold a bunch that were NP3 plated. Then a few years ago they stopped doing the NP3 presumably because it's insanely expensive, and switched to the Cerakote model.

Some of NP3 models had fitting issues from tolerance stacking. Benelli skimped on plating a lot of the parts they should have like the aluminumm trigger frames. The ones I send in to Wright end up having everything steel and aluminum plated except the disconnector pin, bolt handle retainer pin and all the springs.

They stopped the NP3 finish due to Robar being sold and the contract was nullified

I have a Benelli M4 with the tactical stock not the fixed one. I am considering selling mine also. My wife and I recently had our third child and after being medically retired from the Marines and finishing my degree COVID has made finding new jobs worse than ever so we could use the money. I love my shotgun and I carried one almost identical to it in the Corps while in Afghanistan. If anyone is interested in one from South Carolina I would consider selling mine. Email is [email protected] and I can message my cell

I thank you for your Service......I wish could help

Got a rmr on a Scalarworks that i learned is not ideal for the mid setting on a c stock. I have a sro coming monday ima try to see if it works, bur if not what do yall recommend? Thinking a t2 on a Scalarworks but idk probably same issue.

For the mid position, stock rail with a T1 or T2 with its factory mount was perfect for me.

Ive since moved to the fully extended position, ScalarWorks mount with an RMR

  5. I know for me, the MRO would be extremely high.

An RMR on a ScalarWorks mount is absolutely perfect. It also allows for use of the iron sights

Well, i m not looking for sympathy. I am new to benelli and never had or shot any of there guns before. I orginially ask the question cause I didn t know if my M4 was messed up. When u order black and get blue I figured anyone new to a gun would be wondering WTH. I do appreciate the help and the info.

I wouldn’t trade my BLUE m1014 for a black one

military service is irrelevant here unless you worked with this shotgun during that time, just showing you have nothing to contribute to this thread so go troll elsewhere.

its sad to not only see benelli has gone downhill but these forums are not helping a recent purchaser with a good point of contact or anything. its a little weird nobody has said something like "call mark over at cs in delaware" or something to that extent. im gonna blindly call the website numbers and since nobody here seems to care much about interacting with the manufacturer or the supply chain coming from italy i guess theres no reason for you guys to keep reading this thread since a few of you have not been helpful at all.

you should really think about that...the fact that you are typing words into a keyboard where a recent (god forbid, new) purchaser is asking for help and advice and the majority of the replies have just been about the color looking cool or telling me to stfu or talking about irrelevant stuff that has nothing to do with this company shipping our country sub standard equipment. thats sad and it reflects poorly upon the forums and benelli owners in general. thank you sd, jason - ill keep pm'ing with you since we are in the same boat here.

    Wow..........
