yotehunter
Hi everybody my birthdays coming up and i think i could use some help. I shoot about 200 rds of trap a week for an after school sport and I am looking to upgrade from my ol trusty rem 870. I have shot and looked at several benelli's and absolutely love a wood stock and a raised rib barrel with a dual bead. I am thinking the ultralight or a montefeltro as a choice, the only problem is i would like more than 3 shots(ultralight) and the montefeltro doesn't have a raised rib and dual bead as an option unless im mistaken. does the field barrel for the monte have a dual bead? leftie
if its fore trap why do you want it holding more than 3 shells ? you only shoot one unless its trap doubles and then its only

Yep, the Monte has a mid-bead.
agm65ccip
if its fore trap why do you want it holding more than 3 shells ? you only shoot one unless its trap doubles and then its only 2 More should be better! When I'm in my backyard without those pesky range rules I load up my M2 with 5 shells (it can hold 6 total) and shoot on a trap station until my gun is empty, that way I don't have to count. oldboots
You might check out the SuperSport. A little more "dollar wise" than the others, but a great gun.
