kmc0929 Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Anyone ever tried to bolt a small rail onto the flat part, about 3:00 on the stock M4 handguards. I was thinking about bolting a small rail onto the right handguard, theres about a 3/4" flat spot I think it would fit. Im sure someones already tried this. Second question, in case I muff this up, where can I get some replacement stock m4 handguards. Quote

Because some people can barely scrape up the money for the shotgun itself. I'm all for a guy buying the absolute best weaponry he can afford. But I also consider what it's going to cost to put it in the configuration I want, how much spare parts are, and what it costs to feed. Otherwise, I'd have a surplus 5-ton sitting in my driveway. And I do mean sitting, because I couldn't afford parts and fuel for the beast. Quote

I believe Duggan had it on his "to do" list of projects. I don't know how far he has got on it. I think it looks great and wouldn't be "Bubba" as long as it was done well. If you do it and it goes well you might want to post some pics and tips.
