Jackalope Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 Well i've done some stippling on some of my AR handguards and v-foregrip and also on my buddy's glock. I think i'm going to take it to the next level and do my M4 forearm. Wish me luck ! Quote
Jackalope Posted August 29, 2012 Author Posted August 29, 2012 Of course ! I'll take pics of the whole process. About to get iTunes going and got a big cup of coffee. Here we go ! Quote
Jackalope Posted August 29, 2012 Author Posted August 29, 2012 Ok, so I finished one side. I just did the ribs of the forearm. I think i'm going to stick with just this until I get a chance to shoot it again this weekend and see what kind of grip improvement it gives me. Still turned out good, and it looks better IMO. Soon as I finish the right forearm panel, i'll put em back on the M4 and take a pic of it. Pics came out a little blurry, i'll take better ones this afternoon. Quote
Amsdorf Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 I was afraid to look, but it turned out well! Quote

Hookster Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 That looks gorgeous Jackalope!!... Great job!... Quote
Case Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 That looks really good. Looking forward to hearing how it shoots and wears in. You re-apply if it wears off? How does that work? Quote
Jackalope Posted August 30, 2012 Author Posted August 30, 2012 Thanks guys. Case, I really don't foresee it wearing out as all it's doing is raising edges of the polymer up. But if that does happen, I guess I can re-stipple it. Quote
Jackalope Posted August 31, 2012 Author Posted August 31, 2012 Jackalope, Very nice job! Did you do that with a soldering iron? Yes I did, thanks! Quote
