collapsible Benelli stocks

I have a Supernova and was wanting to change up the stock buttstock

 

But as I understand it the Benelli collapsible stocks are for the M4 model only and not compatible with the supernova and illegal to own unless you are law enforcement only

Is this correct?

 

If so what are some collapsible stock options available for the supernova?

No idea on compatibility. The stocks are legal to own though.

 

You need to be aware of 922r rules if you use the stock though.

went ahead and called the atf locally here today, they said collapsible stock with +2 mag extension perfectly fine here in TX, didnt ask about the same thing being legal on a semi auto though

The collapsible stock for the Supernova is different than the M4 collapsible stock. Better in my opinion. 5 position and you don't have to twist it to adjust it.

They are stupid expensive, unless somehow able to order from Benelli.

Fits some M3's as well.

To use the collapsible stock on a M3 the stock tube on the M3 needs to be replaced.
