RANGERRON72
Have a lead on a M1S90 with a Surefire tactical light, what is a fair price for this shotgun. Thanks for any input.....
truckcop
A "fair" price would be around $850 to $900, depending on the condition. Then, of course, you'll have to pay a $200 transfer tax and wait up to 8 months for BATFE paperwork to go through.

I thought it was only $5.
truckcop
SBS(Short Barrel Shotgun) - shoulder fired shotgun w/less than 18" barrel or OAL less than 26" - $200 transfer tax - - AOW(Any Other Weapon), including a smoothbore pistol, i.e., shotgun receiver originally manufactured as such rather than shoulder fired- $5.00 transfer tax or $200 if you manufacture one. http://www.atf.gov/firearms/guides/identification-of-nfa-firearms.html Benelli M1/M2/M4 Entry are SBS, no way to make them an AOW since you'll never find one that wasn't originally manufactured as a shotgun. There are other considerations but these hit the high spots. Edited July 24, 2013 by truckcop
