benelliwerkes
Of all things Benelli, replacing the Ejector Mechanism is pretty easy; takes about 2 min with the correct tools. Photos take about 30 minutes ! Photos by permission: Anatomy Series Benelli Manuals Edited June 5, 2014 by benelliwerkes

benelliwerkes
You will need a forked tool to compress the spring as the roll pin is CAREFULLY re-installed. Photos by permission: Anatomy Series Benelli Manuals
Unobtanium
Very cool, TY! Is there any danger of dislodging the housing by displacing the rivet while driving out the pin? Also, the retaining pin I have is solid, not a roll-pin (sourced from Brownells). Edited June 5, 2014 by Unobtanium

I'm sure some nimrod somewhere has done it. But if you don't want to be that guy, you can easily support it with a small bolt or C-clamp while you perform the task.
