Carrier Comp?????

I purchased a follower from Carrier Comp on December 19th. I received an email saying it was it was "nearing shipping" on December 27th. I still have not received the follower. They haven't responded to emails and nobody seems to be answering the telephone. I called at different times throughout the week. It appears that the telephone number sent as a contact phone number in my order confirmation email is a cell phone.


I have the tube and other parts I need and I'm waiting on them to complete my conversion. What's the deal with this company? I read many positive reviews and I'm trying to avoid disputing the order with my credit card company. Not only with they lose the order (it's only $21 including shipping) but they will be charged a $25 charge back fee from their credit card processing company.


I'm not trying to bash them, I'm just looking for answers because nobody from Carrier Comp seems to want to answer the phone or respond to emails.
