How many versions of recoil tubes does Benelli use ?

Other than the Fixed Skeleton stock version of the M4 which has a different recoil tube than the LE version M4 which comes with a collapsible recoil tube,is it one or the other ?

All M4s that I know of other than the one single m1014 skeleton stock come with the 3 position recoil tube.

There is also an older 2 position receiver extension. No idea where they originated from. I received some from Numrich arms back around 2012.
