lmaobaka
Hey all, I picked up a new M4 about 1 1/2 years ago and just noticed that the barrel looks pitted (maybe baked carbon?). This is my first shotgun so I'm not sure if it is normal or not. It's got about 300 shells thru it so far with the majority being slugs and some bird shot. I cleaned twice so far after noticing the barrel. I've been using Hoppes 9 with a brass bore brush. Couldn't upload a photo so here is imgur link https://imgur.com/oFwfFoQ Any suggestions to better clean it? Thanks in advance!

12508
Normal, just dirty with residue and lead. As mentioned a tornado brush will help. A remington bore squegee also helps push everything out once it is broken up.
