mudhen Posted March 16, 2006 Share Posted March 16, 2006 Needed two small parts for my SBE II. Lost the little c-ring that holds the swivel post in place. It still worked, but it was annoying to have the post fall out every time I took the mag cap off. Also had the grip cap fall out somewhere in the rice fields. I called Benellis CS and told them I just needed the parts as they are easy enough to put back in myself. A few days later I got a brand new complete mag cap and a new grip cap. This is typical of the service I have received from Benelli since 1991. It also illustrates the main reason I own Benellis.
