Choke sizes are a big topic. There are quite a few post on here about them and different slugs and choke use. I personally run a full choke with Ddupleks slugs. That has been my go-to, and I have made post on here about them. If you are using foster style slugs then a modified choke SHOULD be fine, but I suggest you do more research on that yourself. I like Carlson chokes and Benelli chokes. Again you may get different answers on this subject because it can be very subjective to the individual shotgun.
