IIRC you have to manually open the bolt to load the chamber (before or after you load the tube). The bolt does not lock back with shells in the tube. More info https://forums.benelliusa.com/topic/16878-m1-121-info-share/

More stock drop equates to a lower POI relative to your eye. The higher the number on the shim (50,55,60,65) set up the more drop in the stock (ie the butt of the stock moves lower on the gun). Changing the shims does not really change where the guns shoots. What it does accomplish is change where you naturally point the gun when you shoulder it.
