you've got good taste in Benellis,personally I like the curator set

this is my ex,,,model 11701,,this is also what I mean as a put together,,accumilated options thru the years of ownership,,it was born non collapsible,,with fixed modified choke,

model 11707 is the magic #,comes with interchangable chokes,,collapsible stock,,,there still some around,,check the gunbroker and guns of America etc,,plus there are some good put together jobs out there too.

get a 10 gauge brass bristle brush,,attach it to the rod extension then attach all that to a cordless drill get some solvent lubricant of some sort,,stick the 10 gauge brush in and turn on the drill,,variable speed trigger is the good,,soon it will all go away. lube and drill,,lube and drill,,,,

you're right about lightweight,,got my first 20 as paired set with a 12,,,so I'am able to tell what a positive control difference there is.
